Alex Amenabar

Co-CEO and Co-Owner

Alex is a geek’s geek. He loves all 80s-based video games (note: Galaga high score in office) and builds his own gaming computers.

Alex leads MBC’s strategic direction and business development efforts with particular focus on fostering a culture consistent with our Manifesto.

He wanted to be a superhero when he grew up. Unfortunately, he never learned to fly, so Alex started his career as an active duty Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy.

After serving in the Navy, Alex joined KPMG / BearingPoint to lead large government transformation, SC/SA, Supply Chain, and IT programs in support of the US Navy, Air Force, and Army.

Jenn Rosecrans

Co-CEO and Co-Owner

Jenn has never met a list (or multiple lists) that she didn’t like. She is one of those people who gets giddy crossing off something accomplished.

At MBC, Jenn focuses on operational and procedural oversight to ensure accountability and growth. Her love of lists and her two (plus) decades of experience in Federal Government program, financial, and data management are essential in this task.

Prior to joining MBC, Jenn worked business capture, program management, and resource development at KPMG/BearingPoint.

Jenn believes chocolate (and vodka) can cure just about anything.
