SERIOUS WORK FOR SERIOUS MISSIONS

SERVICES

that impact.

that matter.

that save the world.

Security Cooperation and Assistance

Alliances are not built during a crisis. They are built in the years before, through the unglamorous work of foreign military sales, case management, and training pipelines. 15 years, 44 partner nations, every step from development through delivery.

We run it for the Department of War across every service, and we stay with it through the paperwork, the delays, and the turnover on both sides. When the call comes, our partners are ready.

Contested and Sustainment Logistics

Logistics in a contested environment means every element of the supply chain is an active target. It’s the sustainment planning, supply-chain analysis, and readiness modeling to get materiel where it’s going, so the mission gets done. Our planners see the whole board, and maybe get a little too into the hard supply problem.

We design the resupply so the plan survives first contact with friction. Moving materiel on a good day is logistics. Moving it on the worst day is the whole point.

Warfighter
Readiness

The mission shouldn’t slow down while people learn. From the deckplate to the headquarters staff, our job is to get them fluent before impact. We build the curriculum, run the leadership development sessions, and coach the executives. We ensure entire programs and directorates are fluent in the systems, standards, and tools needed for the work.

Anyone can deliver a system. We stay until your people can run the mission without us in the room. That’s what turns training into capability.
