SeaPort Next Generation

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s enterprise IDIQ for engineering and program management services, spanning 23 functional subcategories. Every Navy command orders through it, from NAVSEA and NAVAIR to NAVWAR, NAVSUP, and the Marine Corps.

MBC holds a Small Business Prime Seat as a veteran-owned small business, giving buyers socio-economic credit on set-aside orders. We deliver an array of engineering, program management, and technology development support under the PMS 326, DCIPS, and MIDS program offices.

DoN Financial Operations & Transformation Services SB IDIQ

DoN FOTS is the Navy’s small-business IDIQ for transformation work as well as financial management. It is awarded through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk in support of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management & Comptroller. It buys accounting and budget support, data reconciliation, ERP modernization, IV&V, governance, and financial workforce transformation.

As a Small Business Prime, MBC delivers full-spectrum financial operations and transformation support, including active work on the FMDDT effort for ASN (FM&C).
