PPO plans, HDHP with a Health Savings Account (HSA), Free basic vision plan with PPO or HDHP enrollment, Basic and premium level dental plans which include orthodontia, MBC provides a premium vision service plan.
Life and Disability Plans(PSAs)
MBC provides employer-paid basic Life and AD&D insurance. Supplemental Life and AD&D is also available for individual, spouse, and child insurance coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts(FSAs)
MBC offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to allow employees to pay for out-of-pocket health care and dependent daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis. Commuter Reimbursement Accounts provide employees with pre-tax reimbursements for out-of-pocket mass transit and parking expenses.
MBC offers both a traditional 401k option and a Roth 401k option. Employees may participate in one or both. MBC matches 50% of employees’ contributions up to 5% of their salary on the standard 401k. Employer matching contributions follow a four-year vesting schedule.
Flexible Time Off and Paid Holidays
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is a company policy that allows employees to take time off to rest and enjoy themselves outside of work. MBC’s FTO program allows employees to take time off as long as they meet customer delivery requirements.
MBC provides employees with ten paid holidays.
