Alex Amenabar

Alex Amenabar is President and Co-Owner of MBC.  He joined the firm in 2009 as a Partner, with responsibility to develop MBC’s relationships with the Navy, Department of Homeland Security, and US Agency for International Development.  As President, Alex leads MBC’s strategic direction and business development efforts with particular focus on fostering a culture consistent with our Manifesto.

Alex started his career as an active-duty Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy.  In 1995, he joined KPMG/BearingPoint, eventually becoming a Managing Director leading large transformation-based, FMS, IT, and logistics programs in support of the US Navy, Air Force, and Army.

Alex is an expert in Strategic Planning, Organizational Transformation, and International Cooperation.  He supports senior executives in government and industry, providing strategic guidance and executive coaching.  He also has deep experience in business development, project delivery, and employee development in the Federal marketplace.

Alex holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Norwich University, and an M.B.A. from University of South Carolina.

Jennipher Rosecrans

Jennipher Rosecrans is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of MBC, where she brings two decades of experience in Federal Government IT and program and data management.  Her role in MBC focuses on providing fiscal management and procedural oversight to ensure accountability and growth.

Prior to joining MBC in 2009, Jenn served as a Senior Program Manager in the Federal Group at KPMG/BearingPoint.  In that role, she developed and implemented a wide variety strategic and data-based initiatives, as well as providing executive oversight for the company’s business capture, program management, and resource development.

Jenn has a B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.A. from Arizona State University.  She is a Project Management Professional (PMP, 2003), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, 2016), and is certified in Human Institutional Capacity Development (HICD, 2014).
